Elaborate on two areas of the wellness assessment that you improved in (or that stayed the same) and think critically about why this might be. Relate your experiences with at least two activities that you found most helpful in improving each area and provide details and examples from own life/experiences relating to support why they were so helpful.

Choose two dimensions of health that you would like to actively improve (1 paragraph each) and reflect on at least two activities that you will engage in from the FMJH project to support yourself in accomplishing your goals for each dimension. Be sure to include details and examples for how you plan on implementing the activities into your life on a routine basis.

  • How Could Incorporating these Activities Benefit You as a Student? Your local community (WMU)? The health of the planet?

Think critically about how engaging in some of these activities might benefit you as a student, your local community, and how it might have a positive impact on the planet. For full credit in this section, you must reflect on all of these. The idea here is to think critically about the potential of attending to your own health & wellness and how your health is interconnected with the health of the community in which you live and the planet.

  • Conclusion

Be sure to wrap up your paper with a paragraph conclusion that summarizes the main points of your paper. Be sure to demonstrate your understanding of holism by referencing how and why this assignment is holistic.
