Instructions: After reading the textbook chapter, answer the prompts below. To receive full credit, each response should be written as a complete paragraph (5-7 sentences in length) and incorporate key concepts and vocabulary from the textbook. Save the file to your computer, and then upload a copy to Canvas to submit your responses. Be prepared to share some of your thoughts during our class discussion.

1. Explain the four phases of group development in your own words. Think about a small group that you have recently been a part of (in a class, at work, as part of a team, in a social setting, etc.) that went through these stages and describe how your group went through each stage.
2. Identify the two group tasks that you do most often when you are in groups. Explain how you fulfilled that task in a particular group situation.
3. Find a video clip that illustrates one of the challenges or rewards of working in groups. Paste the link here. Explain why you think this clip illustrates that particular challenge or reward.
