I’m stuck on a Leads question and need an explanation.
Pick any aspect of leading teams and write a Reflection Paper, discussing all of the following:
What do you see as your strengths as a team leader/member?
What areas do you still need to work on? Why? And how will you go about improving on this area?
What has been your 2-3 key takeaways or primary lessons learned that you can bring into your professional environment and how do you plan to apply to your own workplace initiatives or endeavors.
The main body of your Reflection Papers should be 2 pages minimum (excluding Title Page, Abstract and end of paper references), double-spaced, one inch margins, 12-point Times New Roman font, submitted in APA format (Title Page, Abstract, Running Head and appropriate citations) with abstract and appropriate citations from a minimum of three references, other than Wikipedia.
