I have applied to this school and my application got rejected from the director of graduate studies. I am not confident enough to write an email to him because my English is my Second language.

I’m trying to study for my Management course and I need some help to understand this question.

in his response, it is unclear to me why he rejected my application. I want to write an email asking him politely why he rejected my application. if it is because I passed the deadline. I want to let him know that I am already in the USA and I don’t need a visa to get in if that was the reason. also, I want to mention that if it is because I don’t have GMAT.(I can attach my GMAT waiver for him).

* I am not sure if that’s the right points to mention in the email or I should include some other points. help. I really want this school.
