Evaluating Sample Proposals

I’m working on a Computer Science question and need guidance to help me study.

Using the rubric at the following link: Proposal Rubric

Read & evaluate the following three System Change Proposals.

1) Canvas Proposal
2) Skype Proposal
3) Yelp Proposal

Task 1: Leave your comments & score for each of the three proposals above. You can cut & paste the table below and fill-in the blanks.

Task 2: Your second task is to comment on each of your teammate’s evaluations within 48 hours after the Task 1 deadline. Comments can reinforce another group members analysis, build upon an insight that you had not previously thought of, ask for more information on a point that does not seem clear, etc…
