- Employers typically examine a job applicant’s social media to learn more about the applicant before they interview him or her. What they see can affect whether or not they will interview that job applicant. How do you feel about that? Please explain what you and your classmates can do to reduce the odds that social media will limit career opportunities. Employers also monitor how often employees go to social media while they are on the clock at work. People have lost their jobs over this. Does this activity endanger the employer’s private info and their network?
