Topics: California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a bill that passed by the state of California legislature and signed by its governor. However, the act would allow a consumer the right to ask a business to reveal the classification and particular bits of individual data that it collects about the customer. This act will be effect by January 1, 2020.
