Several Web sites rate organizations for many different factors, such as the best small and medium companies to work for, the best companies for working mothers, or the best companies to work for in a specific location.

A company’s overall brand image can also affect the recruiting and retention process. For this discussion, determine how your current or former company can enhance its overall brand image in order to be more attractive to candidates.
Answer the questions from Exhibit 1.1: Assess Your Organization’s Image, in the Arthur textbook. Think about how your company can improve its image for candidates and differentiate itself from its competitors.
