Read the nine mini-case study series from the Project Management Institute on the Global Green Books Publishing Company before starting this assignment.
Your first assignment, Competencies for Project Managers, is due next week. Read the following mini-case studies in preparation for this assignment:
Write a 4–6 page paper in which you:
- Describe at least three key skills or competencies supervisors need to be effective in managing teams’ performance in this company. Provide a rationale for your choices.
- Describe at least three skills or competencies that team members need in order to be effective in working on projects and provide a rationale for your choices.
- Go to Basic Search: Strayer University Online Library to locate at least three quality resources for this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and similar websites do not qualify as quality resources.
- Your assignment must:
- Be typed, double-spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with 1-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow SWS (Strayer Writing Standards). Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
- Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, your name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length
